Shipping Domestic

Shipping within the United States often takes 3-5 days. I personally hand-make all of these pieces and I try to stay up to date with orders. Your order will be shipped with care using bubble wrap and a cardboard box.

Shipping International

Shipping outside of the United States (besides Canada) usually takes 10 days but could take longer depending on the region. Do not be alarmed if shipping takes longer than normal. Your order will be shipped with care using bubble wrap and a cardboard box.

Returns

I only offer returns if pieces are damaged during the shipping process. You must provide me with your order number and proof that the piece is damaged (usually a picture works). I check every piece before it gets shipped out for any flaws so if your item arrives damaged, it happened during the shipping process.
